MTD will pay $1.00 for each undeliverable mail piece provided they are submitted to us within 90 days from the invoice date. After 90 days we will refund $1.00 for each address that can be used to update our lists. We do not refund for U.S. Postal Service errors.

When emails are used as a follow-up to a physical mailing or to feature products or services (such as a previously mailed catalogue) they greatly increase the effectiveness of that mailing. They’re also great relationship builders with clients or prospects you’re already keeping in touch with through mailings.

We currently offer two options:

1. MTD Email App. A "do-it-yourself" turn-key email application. Designed to keep your brand in front of your own clients and prospects (your House List).
   
   Although this service is designed to give you complete control over your email broadcast design, setup, sending and reporting, MTD can help you with any aspect of the process for a modest additional fee.

2. MTD Email Complete. MTD does all the work for you in preparing and sending your broadcast: HTML design), CAN-SPAM compliance, list preparation, sending tests for approval, etc. MTD can use your House List or you may purchase a list to available emails of selected directors. (MTD does not release or furnish these email addresses.) We can also use both your House List and our list.
   
   After the sending is complete, you are provided with a link to a live reporting page of your broadcast where you can find tracking information such as emails received, opens, bounces, clicks, subscriptions, etc.

Database profiling is provided as part of our Consulting Packages (see below).  We match your customer database against the universe of Elementary to Senior High Schools and provide you reports on the demographics of the schools which buy from you.  This is invaluable to you in helping you better fine-tune your marketing efforts and where you spend your marketing dollars.
